Prices and terms

Prices are in Euro and are subject to change without prior notification. Subscriptions are entered at any time start basis and are accepted on a one-year basis (2 issues per year).

Non-Value Added Tax (VAT) registered customers in the European Union (EU) should add the appropriate VAT rate applicable in their country to the prices. VAT-registered customers should include their VAT registration number with their order. In all other countries local taxes may apply.

Prices include dispatch within the EU by standard mail. For non-EU countries dispatch will be charged according to the postage type. Delivery rates will be displayed before completing your subscription.

Payments can be made in Euro or in other currencies at the net equivalent of the euro amount. Payments are accepted as follows:

• Bank transfer
• Credit card (Mastercard, Visa)
• PayPal System

A copy of the remittance instruction to your bank should be mailed to customerservice@iconesoft.com in which you quote your subscriber/invoice number and order number. This will ensure that we can trace your payment and process your order promptly.

Ordering subscriptions

-All subscriptions are invoiced centrally from our offices in Terni, Via Garibaldi, 89. Invoices will be sent in electronic format.
-A special rate is offered to individual subscribers. Requests for private subscriptions should be sent directly to the publisher. With this request private subscribers declare that the subscription is for their personal use only and that it will not be put at the disposal of any library or institution.
-Back volumes are available upon request.

Claiming

Before submitting a claim please check that the journal issue has already been published.
